Kuber Projects is a property development business based in Western Australia. Working through The Creative Collective, I designed the company’s logo and visual identity, including brand guidelines covering logo variations, typography, colour and application.

The identity was developed to allow individual property developments to sit under the main brand. I extended this approach to create the Kuber Villas – Golden Bay sub-brand for a nine-villa residential development near Mandurah.

I then designed an eight-page sales brochure for the development, bringing together coastal lifestyle photography, location information, maps, building specifications and floor plans. The brochure carried the established brand styling through a detailed, information-heavy publication aimed at prospective buyers.
